EU BANS MEMES!? REEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! is a meme by CajanSoar. The video is about Article 13 of the European Union Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market, which would make websites liable for any copyrighted material. Since memes use a lot of copy written content, this would make memes illegal in the European Union.
Plot
The video begins with CajanSoar browsing Twitter, and he sees a tweet saying that the European Union will be banning memes. He replies saying "oof the EU punked you, atleast I live in the usa". He then reads the tweet further, and it says that Article 13 will affect even those in the United States. It then cuts to a clip of a girl screaming, from the movie Wreck-It Ralph 2.
